©Seacoast Company 2011 100 meters from the Gulf of Mexico sat a 1200 square foot beach house.  The new owners requested recommendations from Seacoast to redesign the floor plan to a more liveable design.  The project included site work, design work, full mechanical and electrical upgrades and a fresh new cosmetic look.
