This custom residence was built in
2010 - 2011 on the Gulf side of
Grassy Key in the middle Florida
Keys.
This project is a metal SIP house
with concrete foundation and first
elevated floor.
Metal Structural Insulated Panels
provide the strength to stand up to
the strongest hurricane force
winds, and insulation to make living
in the subtropics comfortable.
The home is 6,800 square feet with
a 2,500 custom garage designed to
store a 40 foot motor home.
