We currently have three models available ranging from 1260 square feet to over 3400 square feet. We can also custom design to suit your specific needs.

Multiple Seacoast Cottages can be connected by decks or shared walls to create larger homes and guest cottage combinations. Contact your SCC representative for more information on our design services.

All our cottages are high performance homes are designed for high wind load zones found in coastal areas of Florida and the Caribbean.  Our Structural Insulated Panel designs achieve superior strength and insulating values when compared to conventional framing methods, saving you money up front and over the life your home.
