Pricing

To get you started, we have provided the price of the building envelope, our Basic Shell Package. You can expect this to reflect approximately one third of your overall construction budget. Foundation, interior and exterior finishes make up roughly the other two thirds, and can vary greatly based on your personal taste and building location.
