Seacoast Cottage Company was started as a family business by brother and sister team Arthur Monahan and Andrea VanBuren.
Natives of Miami, they were most influenced by their years living in the Virgin Islands in the family construction business. The inspiration for their cottage design is the classic proportions of colonial-era Caribbean.
